Bliss
Remember the last time you felt complete unbridled joy? Nothing was better or more sacred in your life than that moment. Need to recapture that feeling? Remember that blissful, joy-centered feeling can come from small things as well as large. Sometimes the key to shifting our focus lies in embracing the simple pleasures in life.
Today's Exercise:
Think of 5 small things that make you blissful. Write them down if you can, and even better try to experience one of these again today. Hug your child, roll around in the grass, or indulge in a bubble bath, whatever makes you feel refreshed and grateful for this day of your life.
