Humor

Maintaining a sense of humor ensures vitality, a healthier outlook, and a greater appreciation for life in general. It is said, "those who laugh last".

Humor is a great relief and release when used properly. Humor should never come from a place of disrespect or condemnation. Humor should come from a place of humility, where we are able to look at ourselves and our circumstances with a light heart, while still respecting the place of others. Observe the fine line between the goodhearted fun of humor, and the harmful bite of sarcasm and ridicule.
